Shenzhen LaWin Consulting Co. Ltd is established by legal and commercial professionals with overseas background. The company situates in Shenzhen Hi-tech Industrial Park. Its main business objective is to provide legal info and commercial support to the internationalization of enterprises and consultation to FDI into China. Its business scope includes consultation to enterprises' internationalization, commercial contract consultation, and professional training (international negotiation technic training to company staff, commercial contract training to lawyers, in-house counsels etc); legal translation and court interpretation.
Our main clients at present are public companies (listed on NYSE, NASDAQ, HKSE, SZSE, or SSE), law firms, courts, and government institutions. Our general aviation clients include Lobo Leasing, Rotorway Helicopters Research/Manufacture, etc.
Founder:
Huiying Zhang, LL.M (Aberdeen University, UK), BA (Beijing Foreign Studies University), Associate Professor in translation, has served in Harbin Aircraft Industry Group, Shenzhen University, CITIC Offshore Helicopter Corp., main projects include: advisor to Lobo Leasing, Rotorway Helicopters Research/manufacture, Trainer to MTI (Master of Translation) students in China University of Political Science and Law, courtroom translation in Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court & Shenzhen Court of Guangdong Maritime Court, Contract Workshop training to lawyers/counsels in Shenzhen, etc.
